The saying: “It is never too late to start anything” has once again rung true. This is the story of a loyal pen pal who joined the Words of Hope team at age 85.
Miss Bernice Dalziel was on the Perth Words of Hope team for many years. She wrote to two Burmese pen friends whom she dearly loved and referred to as her sons. She was a missionary’s daughter and wrote to these men until her recent death at age 96. The team in Perth was contacted by the executor of her will who informed us that she had gifted some money towards the team in Perth. She found us through the website and contact was established.
